WELCOME TO AUSTRALIAN AGT

We’re excited to have you join us for another season of golf. The rules are simple: complete 5 rounds of competition golf with your partner at our selected clubs below. (The Round must be submitted to Golf Link). Your best 5 scores will accumulate and the highest scores will earn the right to play at the regional finals. (You can always add additional rounds to your membership if the weather is bad etc).

Both players Stableford scores will be added together for the leaderboard points from each round that you play. For example 32 + 36 would give a team score of 68 on the leaderboard.

The Top 50 teams from the league will qualify for the regional final.

Hosted events will be added towards your overall score in your league also as one of your best 5 rounds.

How it works

Do I need a playing partner?

Yes, you will need a partner but Each golfer hits his own ball throughout the round. At the end of the round, Both player's Stableford scores will be added together for the leaderboard points from each round that you play. For example, 32 + 36 would give a team score of 68 on the leaderboard.

How do I join the tour?

Anyone with an official Golf link handicap can join the tour.

How do the league fixtures work?

Each team will have 5 months generally between April to September to complete 5 scored competition rounds at any registered club. You must submit your score at the club and also on the golf genius app.

How do league rankings work?

5 rounds will be added together and rankings will be calculated from Highest to lowest.

How do I make regional playoffs?

Regional playoffs are invitational events. You must finish is a reasonable position within the league to be invited to our regional playoffs.

They generally take place between the summer months of October to February.

How many rounds must I complete?

You must complete 5 competition rounds for a chance to be invited to regional playoffs.
